Cookie and Similar Technologies Policy

1. Scope
This policy explains cookies and similar technologies used in four different environments connected with Only One You Pro Bio Pages:
(a) the public marketing website at onlyone.you;
(b) the OOY contact form;
(c) Stripe-hosted checkout; and
(d) the separate customer-account platform and customer-created bio pages hosted by First Ignition Media Ltd.
Read this policy with our Privacy Policy.
2. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored on a device. Similar technologies include local or session storage, pixels, tags and identifiers stored or read when a website or service is used. Some are essential for security or a requested service; others measure use, remember preferences or support advertising.
3. Public OOY marketing website
The OOY marketing website is a static site delivered through Bunny.net/BunnyCDN. Our July 2026 check found no first-party analytics or marketing cookies set by the public website. We therefore do not currently display a marketing-site cookie banner.
The website loads fonts from Bunny Fonts. Bunny may receive ordinary technical request information, such as IP address and browser headers, to deliver those files. This is not used by OOY as advertising tracking.
4. Contact-form security
The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process or access technical information and use storage necessary to provide that security check. We use it for security and fraud prevention, not for OOY advertising.

5. Stripe checkout
The monthly and annual payment links open a checkout controlled by Stripe. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies to operate checkout, secure and authenticate a session, remember an optional payment preference, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Stripe controls the names and durations in its environment.
Stripe privacy information: stripe.com/gb/privacy. Blocking technologies Stripe treats as necessary may prevent checkout from working.
6. Customer account area
The account and bio-page platform at bio.onlyone.you is provided by First Ignition Media Ltd. A July 2026 check of the branded login confirmed these necessary first-party cookies:
XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms and account requests against cross-site request forgery. It is set for bio.onlyone.you with an eight-hour lifetime, Secure and SameSite=Lax attributes.
Platform session cookie: maintains the platform session. It is set for bio.onlyone.you with an eight-hour lifetime, Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax attributes.
The dashboard JavaScript also includes an optional color-theme local-storage preference. If used, local storage normally remains until the preference or site data is cleared; no automatic expiry was identified in the public bundle.
First Ignition has confirmed that the customer-account and bio-page platform's standard cookies are for session operation and security. OOY has not independently inspected an authenticated dashboard, so this policy will be updated if any additional standard technology is verified.
7. Customer-created bio pages and built-in analytics
First Ignition describes the platform's built-in analytics as anonymous and limited to country and hit counts. It says the platform's standard cookies are limited to session and security purposes; it has not identified an analytics cookie. Ordinary server requests may still process technical information needed to deliver and secure a page. No fixed analytics-retention period has been supplied to OOY.
Customers may also enable ShareThis, video/audio embeds, webhooks, SMTP services or custom code. Those features load only when enabled or used and may introduce cookies, pixels or other storage controlled by the selected third party.
An OOY customer must not add non-essential tracking or an integration that accesses a visitor's device unless the customer has supplied appropriate information and obtained any consent required by PECR or other applicable law.
8. Current summary
OOY public marketing pages: no OOY analytics or advertising cookies currently identified.
Contact form: Cloudflare Turnstile security technology when the form is used.
Stripe checkout: Stripe-controlled payment, security and preference technologies.
Customer dashboard: confirmed XSRF and session cookies plus an optional local theme preference; the vendor describes standard cookies as session and security cookies.
Customer-created pages: vendor-described anonymous country and hit-count analytics plus any customer-enabled integrations; no standard analytics cookie has been identified.
9. Your choices
You can inspect, delete or block cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent login, checkout, form security or another requested feature from working. If a customer-created page presents a consent control, use that control to make or change the choices offered there.

10. Changes and related services
We will update this policy when our standard technologies or reliable vendor information changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
